We specialize in Mercedes-Benz, but we also service vehicles from other manufacturers.
You’ll know the price before the repair begins, and after the fault is assessed. We encourage you to review our price list.
Oil and filters should be changed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. However, it’s important to note that some service intervals (e.g., every 40,000 km) are not the best option for your vehicle. We recommend changing the oil and filters every 15,000 km or once a year.
Of course, yes. Each of these fluids ages over time, losing its properties. Changing the fluids, for example, prevents engine overheating or reduces braking by 1 meter. Is it worth it?
Unfortunately not, our employees are very busy and focused on their work during work – in order to perform the repair to the highest standard – no distractions is a basic rule.
Both automatic and manual transmission oil should be changed. However, changing the automatic transmission oil is definitely more important. Changes should be performed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. However, we can assume that the automatic transmission should be changed every 60,000 km or every 5 years.
Of course. As a service center, we repair cars. It doesn’t matter to us whether the parts are ordered by us or the customer; the most important thing is that the repair is effective.
Unfortunately, we don’t order parts from Allegro due to questionable product quality. We can help you select parts online, but the customer must purchase them. Remember, you can always order parts from our workshop to avoid pointless trips.
Of course, yes. During such a service, a series of activities are performed, which are recorded in detail, and any damage is discussed with the owner on an ongoing basis. For each Periodic Inspection, you will receive a printout of fault codes and a list of the most important points regarding your vehicle. Additionally, upon request, we can enter the inspection into the Mercedes platform (DSB – Electronic Service Book), which will confirm the visit to our service center and the replacement of parts according to MB standards, ensuring continuity of inspections.
Yes, this service is intended for new cars and those with verified inspections (maintained service continuity).
